Currently searching for vendors for the 2020 NWI Monster-Con (Online Virtual Convention) on October 2-4, 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are currently unable to safely host an in-person event. But when one door closes another opens as we are taking this inaugural event online.
Note: This Online Convention is FREE to attend. This website will remain open online after the event ends and we will continue to promote all vendors until the end of October.
Vendor Registration will remain open from August 22, 2020 through September 12, 2020. All Digital Display Tables will be $10.00 each. Registration will officially close on 9/12/20. Once invoices are paid and images are collected - we will start promoting participation via social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, radio spots and more. Each vendors digital display tables will also be added to the website by category (ie: Horror,Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Etc.) but this will not be visible to the public until October 2, 2020

I see that online vendor space for the 2020 NWI Monster-Con is $10 per person/business. Why the $10 fee for an online event?
The $10 fee helps pay for the website design and advertising/marketing materials needed to help promote this event. The more vendors that participate the larger our event marketing budget grows. Driving traffic to the 2020 NWI Monster-Con is a large part of a successful event for everyone involved.
I don’t have a website, a eBay store or any social media accounts, can I still be a vendor?
Sadly no. As this is an online convention, so you do need some sort of web presence to participate.
I am a comic book artist / pop culture themed crafter but I only have superheroes and fan art - no artwork or items related to Horror, Sci-Fi, or Fantasy (ie: Monsters, Aliens, Dragons, etc.) Can I still be a vendor at this event?
We are sorry, but that answer is no. We are reserving this event exclusively for items related to the theme. Unrelated art, crafts, apparel and merchandise is not accepted at this event. But keep your eyes open for news of the 2021 NWI Comic-Con in the near future.
I have a Horror podcast / host a YouTube channel that is all about Monsters. Can I get some of my digital content shared with the 2020 NWI Monster-Con attendees?

Can I cancel my Digital Display Table?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime and request your digital display table be removed. We are however not offering any refunds. Sorry, all sales are final.
What does NWI stand for?
NWI stands for Northwest Indiana. Northwest Indiana, nicknamed "The Region" after the Calumet Region. This region neighbors Lake Michigan and is part of the Chicago metropolitan area.
I live in another State or Country - Can I still be a vendor?
Yes, absolutely. Because this event is virtual and takes place online - you can participate as a vendor from anywhere in the world.
